FAQs

• How do I order? Click on the product you are interested in.  Upon entering the description window click on "select" in the shopping cart box at the bottom.  A menu will pop up with all the different length choices.  Upon choosing a length, there will be succeeding options for connector choices and configurations in which you can customize your own cable!
• Can you colour code my cables? Yes, please contact us for details.
• I want my snake/insert to have a longer spread, can you do that? Yes, contact us with your request
• I live around your shop, can I pickup locally? Yes, please order and choose the local pickup option and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. If you don't want to pay through the net, please contact us for direct payment.

General Info

• All cables are made-to-order. Shipping can take 2-5 business days depending on current order volume.  Special order items typically range from one to two weeks.
  
• If you have an order that will take longer than 5 days to produce you will be notified.
• Out of stock items don't take long to be brought in.  Radial products can be re-stocked in days and Canare and Mogami within a week or so. 
  
• B.C. residents as well as all other applicable provinces pay HST.  The rest of the provinces pay GST only.
  
• Minimum purchase price of $50 in effect for all non-stock (special order) items.
• If you want something customized in a more detailed fashion, let us know. We will make it for you.
• Discounts on BULK orders. Retailers please inquire for info.

Guarantee Info

• Radial cables including speaker are guaranteed for 90 days
• Mogami and Canare cables are guaranteed for 5 years (excluding inserts)
• Inserts and TT Bantam are guaranteed for 90 days
• Snakes with generic connectors are guaranteed for 1 year while Neutrik and Rean models are guaranteed for 5 years

Our guarantee includes craftsmanship, parts, and electronic functionality.  What this means is the cable is guaranteed to work with the exclusion of negligence (abuse).  If you yank a cable out of the jack by the wire and rip the connector off you will not get an exchange.

For items under warranty, buyer pays for return shipping and will get an exchanged or repaired cable.  Sorry no refunds.  Our faulty rate is < than 1% and we're not even robots!

Payment Info

• We accept credit, certified cheque, e-interac and PayPal.  Transactions are processed through PayPal.  We are a verified business vendor.

Shipping and Pickup Info

-Want an exact quote to your location? Throw something in the cart and proceed to checkout.  Fill in your address (you don't have to register) and you will get a shipping quote.

- Get your HDMI cable shipped anywhere in Canada for only $5.99.  This rate is only applicable if you are ordering one cable.

- Standard shipping is via Canada Post.  Fedex shipping is available on request.  Standard shipping is expedited but next day services are offered as well.

Pickup

- If you live in Vancouver you are more than welcome to pick up your goods locally. Our shop is located @ 115 East 2nd ave. between Main and Quebec street in Vancouver. It is not a retail store however and pickup is by appointment only. Visits, consults, and pickups are welcomed but please contact us before coming.
